Winery review: The enticing aromas of fresh cherries and
strawberry cream marry well with the smooth, delicate palate of this Pinot Noir.
This wine pairs perfectly with white meats, pasta and salads. Estate bottled.
My review: This wine smells amazing. I get a hint of berries
and also wood. However, it didn’t taste as amazing as it smelled. I thought the
taste was kind of empty. It was disappointing finding it felt almost empty of
flavor considering the amazing bouquet. I did not pair this wine with food but I
feel like it would have tasted a lot better if I did.
